Abstract

This research, due to its design, is descriptive and exploratory and its objective is to carry out a diagnosis to identify the challenges associated with the possible contingencies presented in the management of human talent of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Hermosillo, Sonora, during the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to determine the post-pandemic challenges and implement change strategies with innovative measures that help streamline management processes, in the face of the generation of business changes demanded by current markets. The results, of an exploratory nature, allow us to maintain that the pandemic generated by COVID-19 brought challenges in the management of human talent of SMEs that helped it generate a series of challenges, which it must face in order to adapt to the new normality that these companies are experiencing and be able to achieve competitiveness.
