This work addresses the challenge of analyzing the elements that can influence the decrease in failure rates in the Differential Calculus subject for Business Management Engineering students at the Tepic Technological Institute. From the teacher's perspective, endogenous factors are identified and analyzed, such as motivation, study habits and cognitive skills, as well as exogenous factors, such as the family environment, socioeconomic context and learning difficulties, which influence performance. academic. Comprehensive strategies are proposed to address these factors, highlighting the importance of a joint effort between teachers, students and the institution to create a learning environment that promotes the academic success of all students.
