Abstract

This article is part of the doctoral research entitled: Study of Relevance of the Training and Professional Practice Programs of Criminologists in New Lion, funded by the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT) and the Autonomous University of New Lion (UANL). It’s a proposal of professional activities for the criminologist-forensic of Mexico in federal government agencies based on their curricular mesh and graduation profile contrasted with the faculties of government institutions in the public sphere. A documentary and mesographic research is carried out to discuss the core concepts of Criminology, Criminalistics, criminologist and forensic, as well as to obtain the map of professional training, work routes and functions of government agencies.
