Impact of the design of a procedure manual on payroll to improve its control in companies

For companies it is necessary to prepare the payroll since it is a fundamental part of it because in it you can know in a financial way the expenses that you have both in the payment of personnel as well as the payment of taxes, in this research we will address about what is a payroll as well as some of its classifications, the way in which it is formed and above all the procedure manuals will be talked about the importance they have and the impact that would have to be applied to the payroll, will be carried out through a descriptive method with which it was sought to collect information from different sources.
