Abstract

This document presents the results of a study carried out between April 15 and October 9, 2024. It was developed with a quantitative approach and a correlational scope, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design, and with a census sample. All 86 professors of the graduate programs of the Interdisciplinary Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences of the University of Sonora were surveyed during the semesters 2024-1 and 2024-2. The objective of the study is to analyze the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the personalization of learning. The research focused on evaluating the benefits and challenges of its implementation in educational environments, with the purpose of proposing pedagogical strategies that optimize the adaptation of content and methodologies to the individual needs of students. The main results show that AI is perceived as a key tool for personalizing learning. Teachers with greater technological experience show a more favorable attitude towards its use. However, barriers such as a lack of training, infrastructure, and ethical clarity persist and must be addressed for effective implementation.
