The objective of this research is to carry out a diagnosis of the organizational climate of the administrative departments of the TECNM Campus Huatabampo, this organization has 104 workers. One of the problems that is detected within the organization, object of study. It is the lack of adequate work environments for its workers, added to this is the demand on the part of the board of directors to demand greater performance and greater training of students in different professional careers,
This research is descriptive and explanatory, with a non-experimental design from a mixed approach with the workers of the Huatabampo Technological Institute. For the preparation, 104 workers were considered, no sampling was carried out, surveys were applied whose questions are aimed at measuring the variable of organizational climate and satisfaction. The main results obtained are framed in the identification of the most influential variables in the organizational climate, which according to their level of importance were: autonomy, cohesion, trust, pressure, recognition, equity and innovation, based on which a management plan is proposed. action, with the purpose of eliminating or reducing the adverse effects that this creates in the context of the target organization and negatively impacting the productivity of the institution in this regard, it is concluded that organizations must pay attention to generating adequate work environments in the workers, so that they in turn can improve their level of productivity.
