Abstract

In most cities in the world, they face various problems caused by vehicular traffic, affecting labor mobility, becoming one of the main factors that affect the productivity and quality of life of workers. The purpose of this paper is to analyze labor mobility as one of the main factors that affect organizational productivity and the quality of life of workers in the City of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, which is a developing city dedicated to industry and service mainly and be able to specifically respond to what are the main means of transportation used by the worker to commute to his job and its impact on productivity in organizations, in addition to knowing the times the worker commutes to his job and its effects on the well-being of the same, as well as the road problems that occur in the town under study.
