In the State Development Plan of the State of Sonora 2021-2027, it is established that to achieve better well-being and achieve a high standard of living, competitiveness is decisive, having productivity as the only basis (Porter, 1990). On the other hand, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), which was considered as technical support for the preparation of the State Development Plan 2021-2027, with Decent Work and Economic Growth as the eighth axis and Reduction of inequalities as the tenth axis. Therefore, organizations have to respond to a social need to improve working conditions, and thereby contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (8 and 10). In other words, that training leads to an improvement in productivity and at the same time, to decent working conditions, so that the dynamics of improvement are sustained over time. It is unknown whether the wage increases implemented in the last 10 years (period 2014 to 2023) have improved the real income of workers for better well-being, which is why this research was proposed.
