The present research, due to its design, is descriptive and exploratory, taking as reference a sample of 109 students with different abilities enrolled in the 2022-2 semester within the University of Sonora and belonging to the school inclusion program. The objective is to evaluate, according to the opinion of the students, the performance of the school inclusion program in the university institution, in order to establish the relevance of physical activity and sport as a strategy to promote social integration. The results, of an exploratory nature, allow us to argue that the school inclusion program that the University of Sonora has does not cover the expectations and needs of students with different abilities. As a final conclusion, it is proposed to promote a dynamic of school inclusion, based on a program of physical activity and sport that helps achieve social integration.
