This research has a descriptive-correlational approach and its objective is to analyze how teachers and educational methodologies used in the curriculum of the Bachelor of Administration can foster the entrepreneurial mentality in students, in order to promote a comprehensive training that prepares them for a work environment in constant evolution. The results obtained reveal that, in the university context, the Bachelor of Administration does not have students with an entrepreneurial mentality, nor with leading professors who have a positive effect, who inspire and encourage creativity, willingness to take risks and resilience in students. In summary, it is crucial that academic institutions commit to innovative teaching methods that foster teacher leadership, stimulate critical thinking, foster collaboration, and promote problem-solving that helps create an environment conducive to the development of entrepreneurial skills.
