Abstract

This research, due to its design, is of a descriptive-correlational type, and its objective is to carry out, based on the opinion of SME businessmen from Hermosillo, Sonora, a diagnosis to determine the degree of application of digital trends in the administrative management of your businesses. The results obtained show that despite the fact that the SME entrepreneur is aware of the benefit of using digital trends, he only makes use of social networks as a digital tool, and sporadically of others such as: eCommerce, digital marketing or electronic payments. In conclusion, the SME entrepreneur is aware that the use of digital tools could allow business management aimed at the development of their businesses, but their greatest challenge or barrier in their use is ignorance about the subject and lack of budget for its implementation.
