This study evaluated the influence of the tutoring program on academic performance according to university students' opinions. It employed a quantitative approach and a descriptive-correlational design, using non-probabilistic convenience sampling. The level of satisfaction with the program was examined and classified as high (3.00), medium (2.99–2.00), and low (1.99–1.00). A total of 61 students participated, responding to a 22-item Likert-scale questionnaire organized into two sections: Tutoring Program (18 items/five dimensions) and Academic Performance (4 items/four dimensions). The data were analyzed using Jamovi software, version 2.6.26. Results: The tutoring program received high satisfaction ratings in professional and methodological areas (3.00), while academic (2.95), personal (2.93), and administrative (2.74) aspects were rated as medium, with no low ratings. Regarding academic performance, study skills were rated with high satisfaction (3.00), while academic performance (2.95), socio-emotional status (2.74), and overall GPA (2.93) were rated as medium. The statistical analysis (χ²=61.0, df=1, p < .001) confirmed the positive impact of the tutoring program on academic performance. Conclusion: Students consider the tutoring program a fundamental resource for their academic development and highlight the need for improvements in socio-emotional and administrative aspects to ensure a more comprehensive experience.
