This document presents the results of the study carried out from April 15 to October 9, 2023, under a quantitative methodology and with a correlational scope, taking as reference a sample of 49 teachers from the Division of Administrative, Social and Agricultural Sciences, North Unit from the University of Sonora. The objective of the study is to determine the influence of physical activity and resilience on the social inclusion of university students with different abilities. The following instruments were used: the Mexican Resilience Scale and a context questionnaire. The main results show that, from the perspective of university students with different abilities, the problem of low resilience to achieve social integration stands out. The results emphasize the importance of including a change of mentality in the university community where a linkage program is used, which contains sports practice strategies to assume a resilience model and thus facilitate the social inclusion of students with different abilities.
