The way to implement strategic planning for a micro stationery company is studied through an analysis of its internal factors based on strengths and weaknesses, as well as external factors established through opportunities and threats. The research carried out was mixed, documentary and field. The documentary research was through the SWOT Matrix and the field research was through questionnaires that were applied in the central area of the urban area of the city of Huatabampo, Sonora. The questionnaires were applied to 2 groups, one primary level teachers, main clients since the stationery store is located 100 meters away. from the Regional Supervision of Primary Schools and the second group made up of the general public; There were a total of 150 questionnaires, 100 for the general public and 50 for teachers. To carry out the diagnosis, the evaluation matrices for external and internal impacts were designed. Its design is based on achieving the necessary pro-activity and taking into account the implementation from the planning phase, which is why the impact and response capacity are used as indicators, which are evaluated based on the capabilities of the the organization and take into account the variables that are later protagonists in that phase. To have as results your strategic planning divided into 3 sequences: Short-term plans with activities to be carried out within a period of 1 to 3 months, medium-term plans with activities with a period of 4-6 months and Long-term plans with activities to be completed within a period of 7-12 months.
