Abstract

At present, technology is obtaining a greater reach in individuals; And with this, e-commerce manages to evolve in the relationship with customers and entrepreneurs.The coronavirus arrived as the world was increasingly embracing the online economy, and the day we had to stay home marked a turning point in consumer behaviors. At first there was moderation, but electronic purchases soon began to rebound, especially in the areas of food, pharmacy, cleaning products, entertainment and connectivity (Forbes, 2020).To be successful, companies must respond within the framework of business versatility The need for change depends largely on some important factors, such as technical tools, synergy developed in work teams and discussions of changes in their teams Organizational culture.The interest in conducting this research lies in the fact of how difficult it was to get through those truly difficult times and as shoppers avoided physical stores and more retailers closed their doors, online sales skyrocketed.
