Abstract

In incentive trips, it is intended to motivate the collaborators of the organizations, encouraging them to reach their assigned goals and tasks in order to meet the objectives set by the organization. Motivation is considered a set of reasons that explain the acts of an individual or the reason why he or she does or does not perform an action. At present, companies are more concerned with recognizing their collaborators through motivational strategies since each individual has their personal reasons for working and what stimulates them or not to perform their activities satisfactorily, granting an incentive model is not simple since they are intended to be innovative and attractive to employees, which is why the question arises, what is the perception of companies in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora to grant incentive trips as a motivation strategy for their employees? designed an instrument to measure the incentive trip variable that allowed evaluating the position of companies in the commercial and service sector in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora to grant incentive trips to their staff, the information collected through surveys to 30 companies of the city and their answers were tabulated and graphs were made, obtaining as results that 66.7% of the respondents showed They agree to include incentive trips in their organizations to provide their employees with a motivation that allows them to feel recognized.
