Abstract

Fevisa currently does not have a system to track its IT assets, and staff growth has led to the acquisition of more hardware and software, also due to the construction of more furnaces and the increase in bottle production. The proposed development of an IT asset management system for Fevisa is highly relevant for several reasons. First, in today's digital age, IT assets are critical to the efficient operation of any organization. An effective IT asset management system will provide Fevisa with adequate control over its technological resources, resulting in greater productivity and operational efficiency.

Proper management of IT asset inventory is essential for the company to safeguard the security of its information.

Furthermore, the relevance lies in Fevisa's growth and expansion in the glass container manufacturing industry. With an increasing number of IT assets and employees, it is crucial to have a centralized and structured system to manage these assets, avoiding unnecessary losses and optimizing resource utilization.
