Abstract

The Colegio de Bachilleres of Baja California (COBACH), as an educational institution, is assigned an annual operating budget (execution annex), which defines the number of positions and hours to be executed during the year. This compliance is carried out in a discretionary manner and is characterized by a high reliance on manual processes, which negatively affects administrative efficiency. This situation has led to data duplication and difficulties in timely access to information.

The objective of this project is to implement a technological application that optimizes and regulates the management of positions, allowing its integration with the existing human resources web application.

Through complex and thorough analyses, and by applying two methodologies, the implementation of a technological tool is validated, contributing to transparency and efficiency in the management processes of positions and hours at Colegio de Bachilleres. This development establishes a solid foundation for future improvements in human resources administration and other areas within the institution.
