Abstract

This article aims to utilize bibliometric techniques to analyze the production of scientific documents related to research on Industry 4.0 in Mexico. The study focuses on a period of five years, from 2019 to 2024. Understanding the direction that Industry 4.0 takes in Mexico during this period is the motivation behind its preparation. The main source of information for this study is the "Web of Science" database. The results show a decrease in interest in publications in 2024, with a decline starting in 2022.
