Abstract

360° feedback has become an essential tool in human talent management, influencing the professional development and job satisfaction of employees in micro, small and medium enterprises. This study aims to evaluate the impact of 360° feedback on these two critical aspects, considering its relevance in today's organizational environment. An exhaustive bibliographic review of recent scientific articles was carried out, selecting those that address 360° feedback and its relationship with professional development and job satisfaction. On the other hand, research was carried out in companies in the city of Mazatlan focused on services to know the impacts of their evaluation and feedback exercises that are carried out. The results indicate that 360° feedback not only improves the perception of performance, but also contributes to the development of skills and competencies, generating a more collaborative and motivating work environment, generating a fairer environment and therefore satisfaction with achievements. However, significant barriers were identified in its implementation, such as resistance to change, knowing the objectives of an evaluation and lack of training, which may limit its effectiveness. In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of proper implementation of 360° feedback to maximize its positive impact on career development and job satisfaction, suggesting that organizations should adopt strategies that address these barriers to optimize the benefits of this tool in the work environment.
