Prospectiva estratégica en las PyMES y emprendimientos colectivos de Balancán, Tabasco

Abstract

Strategic foresight emerges as a way in which companies must anticipate the volatile, uncertain, changing and ambiguous (VICA) environment, which is why the present research aims to analyze the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and collective ventures with a focus on the social and solidarity economy to monitor the environment and anticipate changes, strategically, through flexible plans that allow changes according to circumstances and create various future scenarios, these changes will allow them to be competitive. In the municipality of Balancán, Tabasco, nodes of social and solidarity economy (NODESS) are established, certified by the governmental institution of the National Institute of Social Economy (INAES), the specific case being the NODESS of Los Ríos de Tabasco, which collaborates with collective ventures and the Chamber of Commerce of Balancán, which is made up of entrepreneurs from small and medium-sized businesses in the aforementioned municipality. The methodology is a qualitative research that carries out a documentary research and an analysis of SMEs and collective ventures in the VICA environment through a bibliographic matrix and the analysis of the prospective model proposed by Michel Godet and the basic model for SMEs of prospective proposed by Francisco Mojica and its application as tools to monitor environments and anticipate various scenarios. Strategic prospective allows organizations to prepare and adapt to changes in the environment and future scenarios and adapt to be competitive in the market and reduce the business mortality rate.
