Estudio legal y social del sistema penitenciario en México y su relación con la reinserción del individuo en el ámbito empresarial

Abstract

This research is focused on carrying out an analysis of information on the penitentiary system in Mexico, and its objectives related to the reintegration of individuals into society and their contribution to their adaptation to the working world in organizations. It is based on the doctrinal review of different authors and the provisions contained in the legal framework in force in Mexico. The method related to qualitative research is described, using an exploratory design, essential in the social sciences to understand the context, complexity and richness of the phenomena studied. Conclusions and recommendations are issued for the improvement of the penitentiary system and its contribution to the reintegration of individuals into society, essential for their working life in the company.
