Diagnóstico de los estilos de liderazgo presentes en el desarrollo académico del Ingeniero en Gestión Empresarial

Abstract

Nowadays, companies need highly qualified professionals with managerial skills that allow them to meet organizational goals and objectives. One of the main characteristics they look for in employees is that they are a good leader, and for this it is necessary for students to develop this skill. This research is carried out with a qualitative approach using the descriptive method and supported by documentary and field techniques. The objective of this study is to identify the leadership styles present among Business Management Engineering students, which is why one of the research questions is what is the most prevalent leadership style among IGE students?, so the question is answered through a test that was shared with the object of study. The results obtained show that the leadership style that is most manifested in Business Management Engineering students is the Team Leader.
