Evaluación de habilidades gerenciales y satisfacción laboral de los colaboradores en los laboratorios de Navojoa, Sonora.

The objective of this research work was to know the level of managerial skills of managers and the degree of job satisfaction of collaborators in the context of clinical laboratories; based on the analysis of its dimensions through the application of evaluation instruments. The type of research was quantitative with a descriptive level of depth, based on 92 collaborators from 13 Laboratories in the city of Navojoa, on a sample made up of a total of 42 women and 50 men (33 managers and 59 operational employees). This is a non-probabilistic study, in which two evaluation instruments were applied per study variable to collect information. Once all the questionnaires were applied, all the data collected was processed in the SPSS version 29.0.01 system, to later proceed to the statistical analysis. The results highlight that the main management skills were; Conflict management gave a result of 80%, leadership 80.5%, teamwork 83.5%, while communication obtained 84%, creativity 87% and visionary thinking 88%. Regarding job satisfaction, the results showed that employees feel 81% satisfied with their work, 88% satisfied with supervision, and 90.5% satisfied with working conditions. It concludes with the proposal of a series of recommendations for improvement in management for the sector studied.
