APPROACHES TO THE PEPS METHOD FOR THE BENEFIT OF SMES FOR BETTER INVENTORY CONTROL

Abstract

Establishing an inventory method for a company is one of the most fundamental parts that must be done in order to have control over the goods acquired as well as the merchandise that leaves, an effective control in the inventory provides us with security over our finances and above all improves the profitability of the company, in this research we will describe how the PEPS method that means first entries and first outputs is developed to offer a better efficiency in the control of inventories especially in SMEs because as small companies many do not apply the appropriate method to be able to have control of their products and thus avoid financial losses.
