The objective of this research is to determine the level of quality of working life of workers of an electricity company by applying a measuring instrument to issue observations and recommendations for their correction. The research method is a set of systematic, critical and empirical processes that are applied to the study of a phenomenon or problem, in this work surveys were applied through which the necessary information will be obtained to help a favorable resolution. The results are the variables with the greatest relevance according to the applied surveys, such as the variable of company benefits for employees and the lowest variable job satisfaction. Finally, it was concluded that the most relevant areas of opportunity were job satisfaction.Downloads
