Abstract

 

 

Abstrac

The objective of this article is to propose methodological guidelines for educational management in the Telesecundaria model in the state of Sonora, Mexico, based on an action research approach. The particularities of the Telesecundaria model are analyzed, the challenges faced by teachers and directors, and strategies are proposed to improve school management, focused on the active participation of the educational community.
