The accusatory criminal system in Mexico represented a significant change to ensure transparency, agility, and fairness in judicial processes. However, its implementation faces challenges in training, infrastructure, and data analysis. This study aims to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and business intelligence tools to assess the performance of the criminal justice system in Baja California. The CREMAA methodology, based on monitoring and evaluation, was applied. The results show the implementation of dashboards with essential KPIs, such as case duration and hearing effectiveness, allowing detailed analysis by judge and municipality. The adoption of these indicators improves accountability and operational efficiency. It is concluded that data visualization and the use of BI tools strengthen decision-making and transparency in criminal justice administration.
