This document describes the development of an integrated system for managing deposits, refunds, and transfers of economic guarantees in the Juvenile Oral Criminal Justice System. The aim is to improve the management of guarantees imposed by the judicial authority related to fines and damage reparations. The system seeks to streamline procedures, offer greater transparency, and improve support for victims and offenders. The agile Scrum methodology was used, allowing for flexible and adaptive development, and technologies such as Visual C# and a three-tier architecture were employed, ensuring scalability and proper software maintenance. Results show that the system optimizes administrative times, reduces the risk of errors, and facilitates access and tracking of payments and refunds. Additionally, the platform includes detailed reports that help make informed decisions. The system enhances the efficiency of the judicial process, strengthens trust in the system, and optimizes the management of economic guarantees. It has also been well-received by users, who highlight its ease of use and improvements in administrative processes, reinforcing the idea that the implementation of technology is essential to modernize the administration of justice in the country.
