The The Challenge of Agricultural Unemployment: Impact and Solutions

Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze the impact of agricultural unemployment, examining the impact that this phenomenon can have on workers in this field. In addition, it was mentioned that unemployment in the agricultural sector not only has economic consequences, but also social ones, since rural communities dependent on agriculture are threatened by mass migration to urban areas in search of job opportunities, which in turn creates challenges to people's quality of life. It is concluded that there is a need to address the challenge of unemployment in this sector to ensure the economic and social stability of rural communities and global food security.
