Gestión de Tecnología en el uso de la Transferencia Tecnológica en las PYMES Manufactureros en el Sector Metalmecánico en México

Abstract

Manufacturing SMEs in the metal-mechanic sector has become one of the main pillars of economic and social growth in the country, which allows increasing competitiveness and productivity not only at the regional level, but also at the national level. The objective of this study is to propose a model to know and measure the level of technological transfer in small and medium-sized companies of the metal-mechanic sector, since it is one of the complex variables that frequently affects this sector. With the proposal of the model and the investigation of other studies, it could be guaranteed the increase of the continuous improvement within the productive processes, as well as in its internal factors, as well as in the external ones.
