Abstract

This paper details a review of the profile of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) of UES, Navojoa, Sonora, in relation to the needs of the different business sectors, it is transcendental for the training of administration professionals and its positive impact on the development of the economy of the region and the state. It is proposed to answer the research question, What are the competencies that the business sector demands from the Graduates in Business Administration of UES Navojoa?, the objective is to identify the competencies that the business sector requires of the Graduates in Business Administration of UES, Navojoa, the hypothesis is proposed; The competencies demanded by the business sector are: decision-making, teamwork, leadership and communication", refers to a quantitative research, with data collection and analysis and application of a questionnaire to entrepreneurs, for the analysis of the results.
