Abstract

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a vital competency in organizational leadership, significantly influencing the performance and effectiveness of employees in an industry. This review explores the relationship between leaders' EI and the efficiency of their teams, drawing on extensive literature and empirical studies. Key findings suggest that EI not only improves interpersonal relationships and job satisfaction, but also contributes to better team performance and positive organizational outcomes
