The objective of this study was to investigate and evaluate the effectiveness of a socio-educational intervention program in reducing bullying in primary school girls. 115 primary school students, approximately 8 to 10 years old, participated. The program included awareness workshops, mediation and conflict sessions, conferences related to the topic of bullying, and a workshop for parents, during a school semester. The results showed a significant reduction in bullying incidents, suggesting that socio-educational intervention programs can be effective for the prevention of bullying.
