Within organizations, there are difficulties and lack of opportunities for the female gender, even with the demands and continuous struggles, from the 19th century, where their presence has progressively increased, many inequalities continue to persist; They are notable in appointments, promotions, in evaluations and in the granting of recognitions, etc. Women at some point in their professional development will find the ´´Glass Ceiling´´, referring to an invisible barrier in their professional development, which is immersed in the spheres of power: economic, administrative and political; Through the lack of opportunities, to achieve growth in a professional matter in any of the fields. That is why this research aims to analyze the participation of women in managerial positions in the hotel industry in Palenque Chiapas, with a universe of 520 people from 27 selected hotels to design strategies for their inclusion, with the aim of in order to achieve equity in the assignment of said positions according to their knowledge, performance and profession. The results found show us the existence of multiple factors that act as barriers to female labor development.Downloads
