Planificación Estratégica y perfil de colaboradores de una Empresa Dedicada al Transporte de carga Terrestre

Abstract

This article shows a study carried out on a company dedicated to land cargo transportation in the south of the state of Sonora in Mexico, from an analytical perspective based on elements of strategic planning. Considering the process of formulating a strategic plan and implementing it, for organizational development, improving the internal processes of a freight transportation company in the northwest of the country. An analysis of the situation is carried out, in a global context, establishing objectives aligned with the mission, vision and values ​​for continuous improvement in the management of the services offered to customers in the transfer of goods, optimizing economic resources. As part of the method, the company's infrastructure, roads in northwest Mexico, and current and potential clients are studied. The main objective of this article is to find the appropriate strategy in the development and implementation of operational plans to achieve the objectives and goals set for efficient land cargo transportation, with the absence of strategic planning as an essential factor in the study. Finally, according to the variables analyzed, there must be a comprehensive analysis in the company and involve all personnel for organizational growth, with efficient operation and logistics.
