EVALUATION OF AN INVESTMENT PROJECT FOR A SPA SERVICE IN NAVOJOA, SONORA

Abstract

This research focused on determining the feasibility of opening a SPA services company in the city of Navojoa, Sonora. For this purpose, the methodology was applied for the formulation and evaluation of investment projects considering market, technical, administrative, legal and economic financial. The results show that there is an important demand for this type of services, in addition, the equipment and materials used can be purchased in the local market, there is also availability of human resources with the skills and abilities that are required, likewise the regulations allow the operation of the initiative and finally the financial indicator are favorable to suggest that the investment is feasible and viable
