Identificaciones de personas en el código nacional de procedimientos penales

In this work, the guidelines established in the Código Nacional de Procedimientos Penales will be analyzed to carry out the investigative acts of eyewitness identification procedures of people by the probable perpetrator of the crime. Likewise, a study is carried out from the comparative field to verify how consistent these rules are with those that exist in different countries such as Chile, the United States, among others; finally, a case study is done analyzing a public version of a conviction handed down in the State of Nuevo León, in which the recognition of the accused was used as testimonial evidence.
