C. El impacto del liderazgo transformacional en la intención emprendedora de los estudiantes de la licenciatura en administración y carreras afines en las universidades del sur de Sonora

An investigation on the study of entrepreneurial intention within higher level institutions is fundamental, mainly because it reflects the panorama under which young people develop, and the styles under which they have to work in the coming years are strengthened. The present investigation was carried out in order to analyze the impact of transformational leadership on the entrepreneurial intention of the students of the administration career and related in the universities of southern Sonora, through a statistical analysis to determine the relationship between both variables. An Instrument was developed according to the consulted literature, which was applied to 321 students of the Bachelor of Administration, Bachelor of International Trade, Bachelor of Finance and Accounting, Bachelor of Marketing, Bachelor of Human Resources and Business Management Engineering students, all of these belonging to different universities located in southern Sonora. Based on the results of the Pearson correlation, the null hypothesis was rejected and the research hypothesis was approved, which is “Transformational Leadership has a positive and direct relationship with the intention to undertake of university students”. Which makes the commitment in universities relevant in their entrepreneurship education as a job option for students.
