Abstract
The Strategic Support Framework to boost transformation in MYPES, demands, restructure their strategies, redefine their goals and actions.
The research standpoint was quantitative, exploratory, cross-sectional and descriptive reach. Hernandez, Fernandez, Baptista (2014).
The applied instrument was designed and validated by the RELAYN network, published in Posada, Aguilar and Peña (2016). This instrument’s wording was adapted and and only 53 items were considered for the study carried out, the variables that form the study are: management, finance, sales, production-operation, innovation and marketing. The research is directed to the MYPES’ companies population, which are located in the city of San Francisco de Campeche, Campeche; the sample includes 130 companies and it was determined by convenience due to the situation of the COVID-19 Sanitary Pandemic. The results that the study variables yield, as well as the characteristics of the company profile, demonstrate the challenge and perseverance of businessmen towards economic, social and health challenges; however, opportunities that need to be redefined in the area of innovation, market or redistribution are identified. Improve business management practices, increase productivity and competitiveness, the quality and improvement of products demanded by new needs, restructuring of its line of business and tax adjustments, among the most relevant.
Crisis periods are a perfect opportunity to develop innovation activities that allow organizations to stand out and achieve their goals, even during the most difficult times.
