ISO 9001 STANDARD APPLIED IN MICROENTERPRISES TO IMPROVE THEIR YIELDS

Abstract

Microenterprises have been expanding and many have been created over time, these have become important for the economy of the countries because of the various income they generate, but above all because of the creation of jobs which helps the economy to continue circulating and stop unemployment, but having a microenterprise is not an easy task since they must comply with laws and regulations to be able to operate in a correct way, but above all efficient here is where the ISO standards are applied especially the 9001 which is the one that deals with the quality with which it is sought to offer products and services of the companies that are good, efficient and as mentioned above of quality, having quality products speaks about the company caring about the well-being of these but above all being able to satisfy in an adequate way the needs of customers. This research will address how applying iso 9001 helps microenterprises improve their yields and offer better quality in their products to be able to adequately meet the needs of people.
