Abstract: The purpose of this article is to analyze public policies that the State has implemented to guarantee the exercise of children's human rights within an inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable city, in accordance with the provisions of the 2030 Agenda and its interaction with the control of risks to consequences of floods in the state of Tabasco, and how these can limit the human and fundamental rights of children.
