This article develops and exposes the benefits of virtual arbitration in the framework of electronic commerce, proposing it as the useful and effective method to obtain solutions to the problems that arise from the relationships that are carried out in online purchases. For this reason, its role and operation were analyzed, while allusion was made to the challenges that currently arise for its implementation in our country.
